Construction on the Terminal Area and Parking Improvement Program has wrapped up and the new facilities are open for business!  We would like to extend our appreciation and thanks to all of our airport patrons for your patience and continued usage of Gerald R. Ford International Airport throughout the construction project.  We hope that you enjoy the new services and amenities that this project provides.

Gerald R. Ford International Airport is conveniently located at the intersection of 44th Street and Patterson Avenue, within 25 minutes of downtown Grand Rapids, and within easy access of I-96, M-6, and US-131.

We offer a range of parking options, including close-in covered parking, surface lots, the economy lot, and valet parking service. The Transportation Information Center is located in the baggage claim area. Complimentary Shuttle service is provided in the economy parking lot.

Please note the following security measures currently in effect:

• All vehicles entering the airport's parking facilities or approaching the terminal curb front area may be subject to inspection.
  
• Vehicles may not park or wait at the terminal curbside -- only immediate loading / unloading of passengers and baggage is permitted.
